Super rare 1970's Ossie Clark dress! Done in a rich, deep pine green color moss crepe. HUGE balloon sleeves with elastic wrists that are puffed and are super wide. Deep v plunge with wide empire waistline, attached wide ties to cinch in back and super long skirt. Back zipper. Unlined.
